Project Opportunity:

The current system often requires bank staff to make several clicks before they find an answer. Fiserv wants to develop a more intuitive search method that will simplify the process and produce faster results, reducing customer service response time.

Project Solution:
The Raikes School Design Studio team will create a search tool that presents relevant financial data in an efficient manner, helping banking customer service representatives serve customers more quickly and effectively. The solution will track financial information in real time.
